Our Process
Preparation
High-quality flowers are carefully selected and cleaned to remove any dirt or impurities for the extraction of eucalyptus oil.
Distillation
The cleaned material is placed into a deg (distillation vessel) and heated using a traditional furnace (bhatti). As the heat causes water to boil, steam passes through the leaves, extracting the essential aromatic compounds. The steam then condenses into a liquid.
Separation
The condensed liquid is collected in a bhapka (a receiver). As it cools, the geranium oil, being less dense than water, floats on top of the hydrosol. The oil is carefully separated from the hydrosol.
Refinement and packaging
The extracted oil may undergo further refinement to improve its purity and fragrance profile. Once refined, the essential oil is packaged and ready for distribution, ensuring high quality.
